I was pleasantly surprised how effective PetAlive AmazaPet is. it immediately alleviates chest congestion at night for my pup. I give her Amazapet daily for easy breathing . Thank you for wonderful products!!!

Cancelled order with reason of insufficient inventory. No other explanation or offer to fill order at a later date or when it could/would be available wa given. No explanation of refund and no response to emails asking for more information. I think the product would have been good, however I don't trust this company any longer. Customer service and transparency seems to be a low priority.

My father, my husband, and I take supplements daily, and Native Remedies provides vegetarian supplements for me, and regular supplements for my husband. I only wish there was a joint remedy without fish oil because I have difficulties with my wrists (due to broken bones earlier on, and now arthritis), but I do not take the Joint Remedy Plus because of the ingredients. I recently had to cancel an order (due to an error on my part), and customer service was wonderful. I will be resubmitting the order.

I use a few products from Native Remedies and and they all have helped in what they said they would help with; better than taking Rx.

I ordered a set of three tinctures from Native Remedies a couple of weeks ago. When it came, one of the bottles was shattered. They were only wrapped in a thin layer of paper - no bubble wrap and no marking on the box that said "fragile", so no wonder one broke. I immediately contacted the company, and they offered to (and did) send me a replacement, but I got no apology and it really seemed as if the company didn't care. The replacement came, again, in a box that did not say "fragile" and without bubble wrap - just paper again. Luckily, it survived the shipping process this time. I have yet to use these tinctures, but I have used their products in the past and have been very happy with them. I will probably continue to do business with them because I do like (and trust) their products. And, in the end, they did send me a replacement product and make good on their guarantee, even if they weren't warm and fuzzy about it.

I paid for my order to be shipped 2-3 day express. This detail was missed. So, I contacted customer service and they apologized for the error and reimbursed me for the shipping charges. I appreciate this gesture but really wanted the product two days ago. According to the representative the package will not arrive for another four days... by regular mail. This is very disappointing especially as a first-time customer.

I've recently in the last 2 years decided to go all natural with meds and other things since my body was having harsh reactions to things. I discovered Native Remedies. I've made numerous purchases from them and will keep on purchasing things from them as I like the fact that the products don't make me feel worse (like prescription meds). Their motto is all natural and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for 1 to save money and 2 to save your liver.
