I made a recent purchase of Tranquility DayTime Underwear. On arrival the products were not as advertised ,or the proper size. I had purcased 2 boxes to obtain the free shipping offer for orders more than $40.. I was informed that I could NOT retrn the opened box,and muat pay$13. to ship back the second. How is it possible to exam the product wihout opening the package ? Why such a ridiculous and unfair return policy? Stick with Amazon

Dear Erin, We are glad you were able to find something that worked well for your son. Our sample service 'try before you buy' helps narrow the search of finding an effective incontinence product. At just $3.49 per sample set, you save money in the long run by not purchasing packages or cases of products that are less than satisfactory. We look forward to hearing from you soon. These folks are great. My family member's needs are ongoing yet change frequently with regard to size, and they are always ready to talk me through current and possible automatic orders. I am very grateful for this service and the people who offe it; I feel like they are part of the team who help me care for my family member with dementia.
