I can't really write a review because I placed my order 10 days ago and I still haven't been notified of a shipping date. That's great customer service! Right ? What's up with that ?

I made a mistake and ordered 2 times. I was not sure the first went through. They notified me that they would cancel one. Great follow up, very honest. I feel very safe buying from this company.

I've been using this product for my lil rescue that was having liver failure. The vet basically said "good luck" but LiverAide has proved to be miraculous. Unfortunately, I ordered on Jan. 4th & ran out before finally calling on the 20th..to find out my order was never filled..? They were very nice & rushed it , I however went on Amazon Prime & ordered a next day bottle, so she was able to have a dose after being without for about 5 days. in the meantime, she started turning yellow & having no appetite, After just a few doses she started feeling & looking better! This formula truly is a godsend!

I found the product quick and easy. However, I like ordering via phone better. Your staff is always friendly and more than willing to answer my questions.

I ordered and PAID for one bottle of product to try on 01-15-2016 and after inquiring via email why it was not yet shipped it finally was only to be informed it has sat in Little Rock now for THREE DAYS (AN HOUR DRIVE FROM HERE) and it is now 2pm and still NOT delivered. Very poor service, especially when I am used to Amazon. Cannot order from here again since time is $$$!

I ordered 3 products & all 3 contained products known to cause cancer. can't believe that you can sell these items. I thought your products were made from herbs & all natural remedies. I have returned all & at my expense. totally disgusted don fitzpatrick

Dear Donald, Proposition 65 is a unique California law that requires businesses to include a warning on any products that contain quantifiable amounts of over eight-hundred possible chemicals, many of which are naturally occurring. This law is unique to only the state of California. The purpose of Proposition 65 is to notify consumers that they are being exposed to chemicals that are known to cause cancer and/or reproductive toxicity. However, a Proposition 65 warning does not necessarily mean a product is in violation of any product-safety standards or requirements. This warning is the same one that is found throughout hotels, gas stations, airports, golf courses, public parks, and other public buildings found throughout the state. Since our products are sold in California, this warning must be included with each product that contains even traces of any of these chemicals. The presence of this warning in no way indicates that the product is unsafe or that it may be harmful. Product sold by Native Remedies meet all applicable safety standards established by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
