I have been with this Native since March and have had a great experience. The Doctor was super responsive when I had questions about my dose and customer service (Bob) checked in with me to make sure all is going well. He promptly addressed questions I had about shipping and adjusted my shipping date to ensure my meds arrive before I am due for my next dose.

at first the rep told me that I could use warm GLP but i persisted and got my request escalated. I didn’t have to hold or speak to someone, after it was rxsxalstrd, a new shipment was ordered.
