I have been a customer for the last year and highly recommend NativeMed. They have always answered any of my questions and concerns on a timely basis. Due to some unrelated medical issues I have to discontinue my meds. I contacted the support team this morning and messaged back and forth with Carlo. He was very understanding, professional and assured me that the matter would be taken care of. If there comes a time when my doc gives the OK to continue I won’t hesitate to use NativeMed.
