Josh was very quick to respond to my concern about my meds. I had placed them on pause and it had been confirmed. However, I received an email saying it was going to be shipped and billed in 2 days. Josh checked into it and assured me that I was on pause and I could disregard the email.

My concern and question was answered right away. Maggy was courteous and made sure I was satisfied before ending our chat. She calmed my fears of my order and for that I am grateful.
