Every interaction I’ve had has been kind and supportive. I even forgot my medication when I went on vacation and they were easy to work with and quick to get a vial sent to my hotel. My only critiques are to have more reminders when maintenance calls should be scheduled, and understanding what the goal weight is for the patient and why.
