I can't really say good or bad yet because I just had my first appointment so I only rated a three stars so far. If I get it and it works, they will get five stars. just signed up no meds yet. but they were patient with me. couldnt get my zoom to work, ended up doing it on the phone. happy i finally made the first stepp
