I reached out to the Support team via the chat feature because I wanted to get my next delivery moved up by a week to make sure I didn't run out of Tirzepatide. There was a message that said the team was out and would get back to me on Monday (this was currently a Saturday). However, within an hour or two I received a response from Elwin, and he was able to update my shipment right away. Elwin was super nice and efficient with my request! It was a nice surprise to get it handled right away.
