I am new to this, and I ran into a snag going into my second month. Cheryl has been a lifeline for me. She has been patient, always keeping me informed and smoothing out the wrinkles. Customer service has been quick to respond. My first delivery went off without a hitch. Second delivery is due in tomorrow. Packaging was impressive. As of now, I am very satisfied with my decision to go with this company.
