Elise is an amazing representative! (I apologize if I didn’t get her title correct). She was very diligent and patient with me. I had an issue regarding a mistake I made in ordering through the portal. I was frustrated with my myself however, she reached out to me and was very responsive every time. She took the time to listen and address the issue and resolved it over the phone. I am grateful for her and her diligent efforts and most of all her professionalism.
