I have been with NativeMed for a few months now and the communication (Josh was great!) and service provided has been flawless. I look forward to remaining with them on my health journey.

I reached out via the chat function on the NativeMed site because I was concerned about the timing of my shipment, and knew that I'd be going on vacation the following week and not home to receive it for a couple weeks. Josh responded to my request for support, made sure the order was processed, and then pinged the pharmacy to expedite filling the order so that it could arrive before I leave. He kept me updated through the entire process and was really great. It's been a while since I've experienced such smooth and helpful customer service from a company, and I really want to commend Josh and NativeMed around this interaction.
