My experience with Carlos was great, he responded to all my questions and concerns regarding my shipment in a timely manner from placing my order to the delivery of my shipment. But I did have one concern and that's the amount of weight I lost in 3 months. I didn't change anything from start to finish, the last 2 months , I may have lost 3 lbs, so I'm giving it another 3 months to see if my dose increase will help
