Hello, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Could you please provide your trip number so we can review the details of your event and investigate the concerns regarding the vehicle and driver change? If your reservation was scheduled as a drop-off and later pick-up service, it is common for buses and drivers to be switched between those segments. However, we would like to look into what occurred in your specific situation, particularly regarding the handling of your belongings and the communication provided during the bus change. Once we receive your trip number, we'll be happy to investigate further.
