I recently reached out to Nations due to an error that I made while placing my order. Erica and her team responded quickly and addressed my issue. This is not the first time, I have reached out for other issues and have been completely satisfied with their response. The quality of my prints has been excellent!

Hi Lucas, Thank you for the five stars and your kind words! We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We will share your feedback with Ricky Der!
I ordered pearl, linen texture prints for clients. I did not receive my package! According to NPL instructions, I checked the mailbox, side yard, by the fence and embarrassed, asked my neighbors! I waited a few days as instructed and then reported the missing package. The response I received back from NPL was the same instructions to check around the property, fence, gate, mailbox and to ask my neighbors!!! Also instructed me to wait another few days again!!! Dissatisfied, unacceptable response that I received, I gave the survey a bad review. I received a follow up text from Soojin. Soojin took ownership of my dissatisfied situation understanding my situation and the pressures and concerns that I have for my clients deadlines! Soojin reordered my pearl, linen textured prints. Currently, I still haven’t received my Artwork. Although I didn’t meet my deadlines with my clients, I still needed to acknowledge Soojin for the efforts.

Hi Edgar, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for recognizing Soojin's efforts to assist you. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused by your missing package, especially given the impact on your client's deadlines. We understand how important it is to receive your order when expected, and we recognize that repeating the same troubleshooting steps after you had already completed them added to your frustration. While we are disappointed that your original order did not arrive as planned, we appreciate the opportunity Soojin had to step in, listen to your concerns, and work toward a resolution. Your feedback helps us identify opportunities to improve both our processes and our communication during situations like this. Most importantly, we understand that this experience affected commitments you had made to your own clients, and we do not take that lightly. Thank you for your patience, your honesty, and for taking the time to acknowledge the support you received. We remain committed to delivering the level of service and quality you expect from us.
Erica found a way to take care of my issue and helped all along the way. I felt she actually cared that my question was resolved and didn’t just breeze past things to get on to the next “call”.

Hi Danielle, Thank you for the five stars and your kind words! We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We will share your feedback with Erica Waters!
I have ordered several prints from NPL; most are beautiful and have vivid and correct colors. I had one issue with delivery (the package arrived damaged) and one issue with the lighting of a photo... both calls were met with solution-oriented, helpful and friendly customer service reps, who quickly offered resolutions. I've used several print services, and this has been by far the best, both in experience and print quality.
