I am under a hard deadline so i reached out to support. Allison was my tech/support help! She was amazing and helped me navigate my item and delivery. Realizing the country is paralyzed with the recent snow storm, we looked at all the options. She is overseeing my production at this time. She advised on the size ordered as well under such a timeline. She and her team should be highly commended. I also mentioned Tara and i were in communication, and she offered to have her return my call but as I said, time was critical. Thank you!
