It's Father's Day 2026 - my dad just bought a new camera, so a gift card to a photo lab seemed appropriate. I could not make a purchase without signing up for an account - there was no option I could see, on my phone or computer, to opt out of the 25% off "offer" - all I needed to do was provide my information. But guess what? I don't want to. That should not exclude me from being able to purchase a gift card for someone else. So, you lost 2 customers really - nice job.

Hi Rob, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced while trying to purchase a gift card for your father. We understand that not everyone is comfortable providing personal information or creating an account when making a purchase, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective. At Nations Photo Lab, customer accounts help us provide a better overall experience, including order management, customer support, order history, and secure access to photo projects and purchases. We also understand that many customers prefer to limit marketing communications, which is why we offer options to manage their communication preferences. That said, we never want our account requirements to feel like a barrier to doing business with us. We would welcome the opportunity to understand your specific concerns better and determine whether we can address them. If you are willing, please reach out to our Customer Service Leadership Team through our Contact Us page: https://nationsphotolab.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=614248 and reference this review. We would be happy to learn more about your experience, answer any questions about our account requirements, and explore how we can better support your needs. Thank you again for your candid feedback. Conversations like these help us evaluate our processes and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
I can’t say enough great things about Nations Photo Lab and its customer service. This is my second time ordering from them and this time had some discrepancies in the draft and final product, but David did a great job in explaining what had likely happened and helping me trouble shoot the problem. Highly recommend and will be ordering from them again!!

Nations Photo Lab is a preeminent, remote, photo lab. The quality of Nations Photo Lab work, in my opinion, is unsurpassed. Nations Photo Lab web-based, customer interface is intuitive and easy to use. There was one aspect of my interaction with Nations Photo Lab that I was not pleased with, that was my inability to reach someone live, in Nations Photo Lab’s Customer Service Department, during their limited, Monday to Friday, modified business hours, and leaving a message, requesting a call back, to receive NOT a call back, but an email, which was neither helpful, nor efficient. In my opinion, Nations Photo Lab can do better with their customer service/support.

Hello Warren, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for your kind words about the quality of our prints and website experience. We are truly honored by your confidence in Nations Photo Lab and appreciate your recognition of the craftsmanship and care that go into every order. At the same time, we sincerely apologize that your experience with our Customer Service team did not meet the standard we strive to provide. We understand how frustrating it can be when you hope to speak with someone directly, but the support you receive does not fully address your needs or expectations. Because we only have your first name from this review, we have not been able to identify your account and investigate what occurred. We would welcome the opportunity to learn more and review your experience with our leadership team. If you are willing, please contact us through our Contact Us form and include your full name, email address, and phone number. A member of our Customer Service leadership team will personally review your concerns to better understand what happened and identify opportunities to improve. Thank you again for your candid feedback. While we are grateful for your praise of our products, we take your concerns about customer support seriously and appreciate the opportunity to learn from your experience. Erica was very courteous and professional in handling my recent order issue in regard to the promo discount that apparently, I neglected to apply at checkout. She confirmed my order and verified the promo code was not applied and promptly corrected the order with the promo code applied, thank you Erica!! I've been using Nations Photo for several years with very few issues, but when an issue happens to pop up, Nations Photo has always been front and center in resolving the problem. Thank You, Nations Photo!!

I wish there was a higher rating for this outstanding company and especially DAVID with whom I had the pleasure of working along with the Outstanding Team at Nations Photo Lab, I would like to extend my deepest gratitude and heartfelt thanks to everyone at Nations Photo Lab for the tremendous work they did in creating my Golden Anniversary Photo. From the very beginning to the final product, your professionalism, creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence were evident in every step of the process. The finished photo and framing was a million times better than I ever anticipated. The quality, beauty, and craftsmanship exceeded all of my expectations. And the price was unbelievably fair. Again, I would especially like to recognize David, with whom I spoke many times throughout the project. David was consistently kind, patient, helpful, and extraordinarily professional. No question was too small, and no concern was ever dismissed. His guidance and expertise made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. The creativity, quick turnaround time, and exceptional customer serviceof Nations Photo Lab are truly remarkable. In today's world, it is rare to find a company that takes such pride in its work and treats its customers with such care and respect. I am profoundly grateful to DAVID and all the staff for their efforts and I could not be more pleased with the final result. Ron G
