Extreamly quick turnaround! Ordered standard tickets for our roller rink redemption games.

I've only been a customer for a couple of years and have had a fairly good experience. When I check my orders on their website, everything shows up as "In progress", even orders I placed in 2016 and have long since received and used. If I select that I just want to see shipped orders, nothing shows up at all. My most recent order got lost in their process somewhere. 23 days after I placed the order, when I had not yet received it, I sent an email and was told that my order got lost due to a glitch in their program. I've now received that order, but wonder how something like that could have happened. Their product is good, but their ordering system needs some serious work!

Quick Service and reasonable prices

Nice armbands and we use a lot of them. I really like the sturdy, durable boxes that they come in. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that they do not price match other providers.BUT when they have a special it is well worth it.
