The Captcha on order checkout screen is almost impossible to read. I had to refresh it countless times to be able to enter the code. It took me numerous attempts to get past it. What a horrible buying experience…. Whatever you need to do for extra security on a payment screen fine, but that was terrible.

Little Good and A Lot Of Bad... Good: We get our orders quickly and the orders are always correct. Bad: 1) Website stinks! Not user friendly! Can't order more the one item at a time on a page. Have to go back at the same page again and order another item, which is annoying when you want several colors of wristbands. Should be able to pick many items at a time that are on the same page 2) Often out of stock on multiple items. I was on the website today and you are out of stocks on 12 types of redemption tickets and have only 7 types in stock. How could you possible think that that is acceptable? This is often the case when I try to place an order 3) The very small white letters are hard to read on the black background 4) I had to call in for customer service and the staff was rude and short with me

make sure you clarify with the company what ALL of the fees and charges will be so you don't have any surprised like I did
