If you are unable or no longer able to work due to a disability, our national firm can help you get the monthly SSDI or SSI benefits that you need. A majority of legitimate claims for disability benefits are denied in the initial stages, often due to understandable mistakes in a convoluted process. A disability representative can help you complete your application or appeal a denial. Either way, you shouldn't have to go through the process alone. Our team can help you navigate the process and obtain the disability benefits that you're owed. With the help of a disability representative, you can increase the chances of receiving your monthly cash benefits. Keep in mind: we only get paid if you win. If you or a loved one is in need of monthly cash for a disability, call us at 833-MY-DISABILITY for a free initial consultation about your options.

Abner does not stay on top of the case nor does he return calls or emails. This firm dropped me out of the blue four days before my deadline for appeal for a hearing, so I had to hit the ground running and do it myself and secure a new law firm. They didn't forward my file so I am getting that from SSA. Surely they have incomplete medical records. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.

My representative Yarivel was never available when I needed assistance, i always felt like I was bothering her. I submitted all of the necessary paperwork and documents to SSD and always kept my rep informed of doctor appointments and/or changes in meds. She did very minimal with processing my case from the beginning, she only responded and answered questions that I could find on the website at best. She was AWFUL 😣.
