They were mostly very helpful. Am now charging battery again as they weren’t charging the first try. The orange lite is still showing. Once charged will try them out again

I think your "in the ear" is good but I was not able to master the adjustments to work with my audiology pattern. I am still very interested in the "in the ear" product. However, I'm now trying your "behind the ear" product. Service wise, it was excellent; Professional staff and very accomodating. Timing is also excellent. The staff responded in a timely manner.

Told no return fee then told there is one. One phone with 6-7 different ppl. Hearing aids are on their way back to you.

I am only able to use one hearing aid. The other one squeaks constantly. It is very hard to adjust the volume and change the program. I suggest a simple on and off button and a simple volume button that goes up and down like a remote. When you are hard of hearing to begin with- the program changes are hard to deal with. I can't hear the beeps- my wife has to make changes for me.

Hello William, Squealing or feedback can occur for many different reasons. We have provided some of the more common reasons below to help you troubleshoot your issue: 1. Check for ear wax: earwax build-up is a common cause of acoustical feedback. When a sound wave hits a solid block of earwax, that sound wave shatters, sending sound every which-away including back out the ear to get re-amplified by the hearing aid microphone. 2. Check the fit: A loose-fitting hearing aid allows amplified sound waves to escape the ear canal around the hearing aid, reach the mic and off we go again in a feedback loop. 3. Speaker Placement: If the direction of the receiver is off and pointing directly into the wall of the ear canal, it can cause the amplified sound to bounce back into the hearing aid and the whistling begins. 4. Hearing Aid damage: The sound tube may become damaged over time by aggressive cleaning, the mic may have gotten pushed in, or there could be a crack in the hearing aid casing. I'm still in the period of getting use to them. My hearing is not real bad. But I can tell the difference. They are great!

The right hearing aide is working but not the left hearing aide I’ve even left it in the case over night it’s green but when he places it in his ear he’s still not hearing anything from the left ear

Super miss leading. When an item says Bluetooth, you assume it works with phone calls too. All of your content should be very clear to the consumer so they are not fooled.
