Namco PoolsReviews of namcopool.com

Customer service is always bad at the Hanover location. They make you feel like you are bothering them when you try and shop/checkout.

Great service, great people!

I had the pool installed in July 2019 and used it for a month before closing it. Since then it has been leaking. I refilled it but it is now down to less than 14 inches. I called the store and they offered to sell me a patch kit. I cannot see any holes but the seam is at the bottom of the liner. I would like the liner replaced

Love the Swansea store. Great people.

Bought our 18’ Quest above ground pool last year. Namco did an awesome job from purchase to delivery to installation. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and recommend Namco to anyone looking for an above ground pool.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable.

Namco will have everything u need not just for the pool but also lawn, deck & so on its a very good place to shop.

Jamie and Brian are awesome. I dealt with them at the Manchester store. I wrote a google review, too.
