When I was in the store the people there were very helpful and when I got a product they knew it was not right for my pool .i have a salt water pool and was getting things for a non salt water pool. So this is the kind of help I needed .. Thank you for having great people working in your store.

Name brand products, competitive pricing,helpful and knowlegable staff, but didn't always have what I needed, overall a good experience.

When I bought this pool I was assured that Namco would be there for all my needs, both on a yearly basis and an emergency basis. Since that time I have met with disappointment after disappointment. When the liner developed a hole Namco said they didn't deal with liners and told me to call the liner manufacturer.When I need certain parts for my filter, I was told that Namco doesn't supply all parts all year round. I had to go to Leslie Pools to get the parts that I needed. This hasn't happened just once, ,it has happened many many times. All in all it has been a very dismal experience, one which has led me to the realization that I will never buy from Namco again and I will let other potential pool buyers to stay away from Namco Pools. You asked.
