Pump was OOS at my local Namco so I ordered it online and had it 24 hours later. Free shipping. Works very well and it's much quieter than my previous pump that was 18 years old.

I ordered a pool pump from Namco because it was more reasonably priced than others. It arrived in 2 days and so I was pleased with their product and their customer service.

Online order of chlorine 3" tablets worked well, with easy pickup at the Poughkeepsie store.

Not happy at all, I ordered a a cartridge filler tank that was black I recieved a tank which was gray . On the box it said tank color black. I sent email and left messages and no one got back to me. I then call the store and the manager said they only come in gray. I also told him the gray tank look like a cheap plastic. Told him my original talk look maybe like resin , was very sturdy. He said tank are same but they use black die years ago. NOT HAPPY !!!!

Major lack of communication!! Why am I still waiting to find out when I will receive the rest of my parts?!?!?!?! I ordered over a month ago, and still no call back when I try to inquire. Not happy at all!!!!! Your customer service is horrible!!! You should have offered me an equal value pool of the one I ordered was messed up. Never should have been shipped if you knew it had the wrong pieces!!!!!!

My boyfriend and I went to the Namco at the Buckland Hills in Manchester CT on 6/13/21. Our experience was the best ever at Namco. All employees willing to help. It was amazing.
