Thank you Courtney! We are so glad you love your new pool. It was a pleasure working with you and we hope you enjoy the rest of your summer.
There was multiple issues with the install…. I called the Namco store, emailed customer service, called customer service over and over… for 3 weeks with no response. The installers started a fight in our backyard.. there were numerous items missing from my order which I had to drive to the store to pick up… and a complete lack of follow through from the customer service department.

We're very sorry for this experience. We have contacted the installer regarding the incident as that is not how we want our subcontractors to act on a job site and represent Namco. Customer service has left an email and voicemail regarding your liner issue and will reach out again today to help resolve the issue.
Ordered Pool in March with install date of June 23. Namco delivered pool about 8 week prior to install...WITH IMPORTANT MISSING PART and a warped piece. Installers could not install. Corporate assured me they were sending another install company and reassured they would be there the following week at least 3 times...They never showed and no phone call. Corporate promised a gift certificate for store...never received one. Also they told me the parts would be sent overnight. This all happened on a Tuesday...I received parts the following Tuesday. Was told I would have a restocking fee for returning pool if that was what I decided to do. I am on my own now for install half way through the summer. BUYER BEWARE!

Amanda, thank you for the great review! We’re so happy you loved your experience and can’t wait to have you back. Until then, we’re here if you need anything.
I had to get a liner replaced 2 times each time I had to pay for water to be pumped out and new water replaced. This company refused to help with the cost of replacing water. Not a happy person with this company.

We are having the worst experience with the installation department, looks like namco hires an external company and the manager is not professional at all, we're schedule for monday, no call no one showed up, then she called at 9:30pm, she is been playing with us saying she is working on and will call us back later with the date and time and never calls back, her voice message machine is full, and now she started yelling at me when I ask her if she is going to do her job or if we need to ask for a refund, she got mad when I said this is not professional and is very irresponsible.
