Hi there, we're not seeing your name or email address in our database or order history. We've been delivering Solo 401k plan documents digitally via an online portal since 2006. We never ship anything and don't provide tracking statuses. Further, I see you're in Finland. While we DO help expats oversees, you must have a US-based business (paying self-employment taxes to the IRS) to qualify for a Solo 401k plan. It seems you may have confused us with another business. Thanks for your feedback. We contacted you 24 times via email over the last 7 months to gather the information needed to complete your 401(k) setup, but unfortunately, you didn't get back to us. Because you didn't provide the required information to exclude your non-spouse business partner from your Solo 401k, we never created your 401(k) plan documents. You were refunded in full. Should things change in the future, we will be here to help!

Hi Tina. I'm sorry to hear about your frustrations. RE: REQUIRED DOCUMENT UPGRADE. There is not required upgrade to complete a required form. You are required to document your contribution, which can be done via a simple PDF you have access to in your documents area at your billing level. Or their is a more robust contribution tracking software available in our core software. This upgrade is not a form, but an entire suite for tracking contributions. It's designed to save you time and effort as the plan administrator. As for an expired credit card, we did update our billing system. I apologize if there were any erroneous messages relating to that. We do our best to make messages accurate and clear, but with payment processing vendors, errors sometimes can happen. If there is any unresolved error, please reach out to our support and we'll gladly resolve it promptly. As for getting your money out of here, we do not have control, administration, or visibility into your plan money or assets. You are the plan administrator and signed as such when you setup the plan and signed the documents. I would suggest you review what you've done to get an understanding of how it works so that you can be empowered to be a happy and successful plan owner, administrator, and participant. The Solo 401k is a very powerful retirement plan once understood and put to work for you and your future.

We cannot give tax, legal or investment advice so our services are limited to setting up your structure and providing educational resources in using it. This has worked really well for 18 years for most customers, but if you need legal advice, for example, you'll need to budget for that separately.

EDIT: We have reviewed the issue in detail with the third party provider. You will receive a message from them directly, but here is a summary. 1. You paid the standard fees, according the fee schedule, for the majority of the period of your activity. 2. A special promotion gave you a big discount for a small period of time. That promotion has ended. 3. The promotional discount and its expiration were not communicated clearly enough, and we'll do better in the future. You got a fee discount for a promotional period that is now expired. Check your email from the third party directly and you can communicate with them about specifics. You are also free to pair your Nabers Solo 401k documents with any exchange provider of your choosing. We provide a streamlined experience with Gemini, but it's your choice where you go. If you're unhappy, you may want to change exchange providers. We are your Solo 401k document provider and it doesn't sound like you have experienced any problems with your Solo 401k documents. The issues you raised are with third party exchanges rather than our Solo 401k documents service, so please consider removing or revising your review and rating. Thanks for your feedback, Rebecca. We cannot give personalized tax, legal, or investment advice. Sometimes people try to use us as a free CPA or attorney and we are neither. We do provide educational resources to help you do your job as the plan owner, administrator, and participant. At your request, we have refunded your Solo 401k plan setup fee in full since it seems a self directed Solo 401k plan is not the right fit (and that's OK!).
