My belt has been the push that I always need. I love my Myzone belt..definitely recommend.

Works great! I use the MEPS measure as a motivator during workouts in the gym, and the achievement levels have been long term motivation for consistency.

I can’t be without my Myzone belt. It’s so useful to see how hard my heart is working out and how many calories I burn. It’s interesting to see how different exercises affect my heart rate. I enjoy the challenges.

Great piece of kit

Like the my zone but wish I could alternate using my switch and the other model without reregistering each time. At my club the original model will show my heart rate on the machine but the switch is more comfortable to wear for cycling and outdoor activities but doesn’t work with the indoor cycling bike.

I am fairly satisfied with a MYZONE. I don’t know how accurate it is. I am over 6 feet tall and I often burn the same calories as someone who is also fit and much smaller than me. This does not seem right in my opinion. I like the emails that state our progress. I like the monthly recaps! I like being able to put the monitor on and not have my phone yet it still registers when I turn my phone app on to view my results.
