We completely understand why you feel frustrated, especially when you rely on a product for your workouts and expect it to provide reliable performance over time. We are pleased to hear that you are finding the belt comfortable, the sensor accurate, and the workout data and colour-coded graphs useful. At the same time, we are sorry to hear that aspects of the app have made your experience more difficult than they should be, particularly around navigation, recording and saving workouts, and reviewing your activity. Your comments around the difference between explaining how to use a product and explaining why it fits into a wider fitness ecosystem are particularly valuable. We understand that a good user experience should make these things clear without requiring users to spend significant time figuring them out themselves.
