The support response is one of the best so far, especially the technical people. I have been with them for several years now even when I am not actively using the platform. On the 26th of last month for example, I was very confused and skeptical, but their support was very effective. More over, the prices of their products are comparatively cheaper than many hosts offering similar services.

The service tools are easy to use. The portal is well maintained and very few instances of errors were observed. MSSQL query errors may require more diagnostic tools. But these were resolved by using my local MS SSMS.
