First unit ordered did not show up and no follow-up from waggle I had to follow-up the unit looses connectivity alot and is expensive for the service they should advertise the total cost upfront

I've only had 4 days use of Waggle but those 4 days, I felt safe and secure leaving my 2 fur babies in the RV. Getting notices of the temperature regularly certainly relieved my anxiousness on some very warm days.

Company will continue to renew their subscription without warning. I got an email today stating I was charged the $149 for renewal and then looked back and they charged me last year without telling me.

Works well. Several network errors though.

Product doesn't work in Australia for longer than two months. They replace first time second time no refund. They are aware of the issue and continue to sell the faulty product. There is no warranty it's false advertising. They need to stop selling the product in Australia till they fix the issue it's deceitful and a money grab. When asked for a refund was told no refund as it did work for 2 months with no issue. Disgusting when they know full well it's a continuing problem

The product works fine. Unfortunately, it's become a bit dated. First, if your RV has 24x7 internet connectivity - it is unable to use that like literally thousands of other IOT devices can. It instead requires a separate subscription plan with data that no other devices can use. Second - the data plan is ONLY allowed to be the one from Nimble/Waggle/whomever, and you cannot bring your own SIM or plan. Third - The data plan is ridiculously expensive - over $200 per year for a plan to send occasional SMS messages. Finally - and this was the last straw - to make literally ANY changes to your plan, you cannot do this online. You have to call a call center, that routes overseas, to a very noisy facility where they have trouble hearing you. Not offering a self-service option is unforgivable these days.

Love this device. I use it for temperature monitoring alone and don't use the app for its other features. Occasionally it loses power and decides it needs a new power cord... itherwise its worked great for me for years. But, any time you have an issue, they are ON IT. Super fast, super kind, super helpful, every time. Definitely recommend the temp monitoring device and service.
