Doesn’t work most of time due network coverage-total waste of my money

Terrible customer service. I reached out stating my HOA never saw my package arrive (we have mail room cameras) and it isn't at my mail office. Didn't offer refund or replacement, it's been over 2 weeks.

It doesn’t have cell signal about half the time, even in well populated areas. It goes offline frequently during the day. It went offline once and it took me 24 hours to get it working again, and I missed part of an event because I wouldn’t leave my RV. The temperature is 2-5 degrees different from other thermometers I have in the same area. It’s a lot of money to not feel secure.

The return process was challenging and time consuming

Great notifications but it has to be constantly connected to a charger.

It cuts off all the time. It’s highly irritating , we will be off doing an errand and get an alert that waggle is offline..

Used in RV. Gives us peace of mind to know what the temperature is inside the RV when we aren't there. I know by monitoring the temperature, my fur babies are comfortable and not in danger.
