Reliable Service for Medical Needs

My husband had a spontaneous lung collapse and it was then we found out that his job did not offer Short Term Disability Benefits, so we needed something to help us pay our bills during his recovery. I turned to Trust Medical as it had been my go to for Doctor’s Notes while in between jobs/insurances and always had a smooth, easy experience with that. While there were some initial hiccups when it came to establishing the FMLA and Short Term Disability Benefits paperwork, and some back and forth between support and I to find out where the disconnect happened, overall the Trust Medical team did their best to make sure everything was corrected and taken care of for us. It’s not every day you find a company willing to go above and beyond to ensure their services are provided to those in need of them, so it’s a nice breath of fresh air to go through Trust Medical and know you’ll be taken care of.

Hi Jesse, We’re very sorry for the frustration this experience has caused, and we understand why you’re disappointed with how things have gone. We do want to clarify that our team has been actively communicating with you and working directly with you on the next steps needed to resolve your concerns. A member of our leadership team has also personally been in touch to help move things forward. We recognize that the process has taken longer than you expected, and we understand that communication alone doesn’t make up for the frustration of waiting for a resolution. Our priority now is to follow through on what we’ve discussed with you directly and get this resolved. We appreciate you continuing to work with us and genuinely hope we have the opportunity to make this right.
