Do you not use Mytravelchat!
Do you not use this booking agent. They are extremely inefficient and do not pass on your cancellation to the hotel. Subsequently, I was charged £100 no-show fee due to their efficiency even though they had a reply button within their email correspondence to me. Neither the Littleover Lodge Hotel, Derby, nor Mytravelchat would give me my money back.
