They always have the best supplements and they mail them right away. I only wish I knew when sales would be. I've spent a good bit with the organization pretty regularly but never manage to catch a sale on the supplements I buy. I will only shop here!

Easy navigation, good communication, acceptable shipping timeframe

Ordered supplements towards the end of Jan. Notification I received said I would receive supplements Feb 3....Feb 12 and still not in my possession. Delay was with my supplements not UPS. Then UPS was told to turn over to local mail by MySupplements.

Items available are great. However I made two orders, one by normal postal mail and the other by 2 day shipping UPS. My free shipping USPS items (2 to 6 days) actually arrived before the 2 day UPS items did. The UPS items didn't arrive for four days so I wasted an extra $20 on expedited shipping.

The order took longer than GNC. Not only did they not have the my order of DHEA, they never attempted to get it to me ASAP. I have shoprunner and thought that ordering as a new customer at My Supplement, I would think they would try to impress on inventory and delivery, they simply refunded the amount of the unavailable supplement and that was it. No follow up nor an effort to get me the supplement I needed. Consequently, unless a faster delivery is made available, this will be my first and last order. If they decide to offer faster delivery, such as, Shoprunner, then I will reconsider.
