Lots of products, lots of information and reviews on them, and fast shipping. Only issue was I qualified for free shipping with my order but still had to pay shipping because I shipped to an APO because I'm deployed, that was weird. And the credit card machine was down when I tried to order the first couple of times so that delayed the order but the issue was resolved so that's good.

I've used my supplement store for years and have never had any issues until recently. My last 2 orders the shipping was botched and caused my orders to be delayed a week. It's getting to the point where the convience of the local GNC is going to Trump the little bit of savings gained by shopping online.

Hi Todd - I took a look at your order, and when you placed it, two of the products you chose stated "Out Of Stock - Shipping Will be Delayed". That is why the delay. We do apologize for the confusion.
I'll always order my supplements here!! One thing you could improve is having the items on your website in stock. Every order I've placed here is always delayed multiple days because one or maybe all items are not in stock. Price is great and customer service is amazing! My one stop shop for supplements💪🏼

Purchase went very smooth and shipping was right on time, but the product gave me awful side effects and customer service just basically said "ya, that happens.". So now I have a bunch of unused product and they clearly didn't want to deal with refunds.

Hi - Because all products to work differently for every person, we do not give refunds, which we state on our FAQ page. In the future if there is something you want to try, please contact us beforehand, as sometimes we do have samples of that product.
I am currently on my 3rd week of the Thyrone and Synedrex stack both 1xa day in the AM and I must say so far so good. I noticed an immediate decrease in appetite as well as sugar cravings. This is coming from someone who used to eat an entire pound bag of Dubble Bubble Gum within 2 hours. I have not weighed my self but I have noticed slight changes in the way my clothes fit. I will definitely continue using this in the future.

First order my supplement store was prompt in getting my order to me. My second order before I heard anything I had to call two weeks later on when I placed the order, I was told by representative that one product was on backorder, no email to notify me of the delay. It's been a month now and I still haven't received my order. Not happy at all! Reply from My Supplement Store Published 4 days ago Hi Ruben - We do apologize. You should have received an email about the Blackstone Labs product being on back order. You should be receiving it today. because of this, I am going to be sending you a sample bag for the problems you encountered with us. Thank you for your response, and kindness in sending a sample bag I will let you know when I receive it. I would like to continue in the near future of ordering my supplements from your store.
