I wanted to order a sleep mask. When I added it to my cart, a message appeared stating that I qualified for free shipping. However, when I went to check out, I noticed that I was being charged $8 for shipping. I sent an email asking for clarification. Mike replied and stated that the minimum purchase requirement for free shipping had been raised to $50. He, oh so kindly, suggested I buy another item. Had Mike responded differently and apologized for the website not being updated in a timely fashion, I would have made my purchase, albeit slightly annoyed. His flippant response demonstrated poor customer service and left me with no confidence in the brand.

Don’t trust them. No delivery and no response from them

This is company is a con. Ordered trainers , still waiting 3.5 weeks later. Got an email upon ‘dispatch’ to say they’re on a plane from China no movement since and reply from the email they gave. Should have known then. Have to wait 31 days to raise a dispute with my bank

Bad quality
