For 10 years, TheraPetic® Healthcare Provider Group has been the trusted nonprofit network for Service Dog and Support Animal documentation across the United States and Canada — serving over 50,000 individuals since 2016, all with pricing that has never increased.Founded by Dr. Patrick Fisher, PhD, NCC, whose doctoral research validated support animal intervention for anxiety, TheraPetic® operates as a network of 11+ independently incorporated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. Every evaluation uses HIPAA-compliant clinical assessments reviewed by Licensed Clinical Doctors — not a chatbot, not a form, not an algorithm. Our three-step process is designed to be fast, compassionate, and clinically sound: complete a free 3-minute anonymous screening, receive an instant review, and get your documentation the same day. No unnecessary hoops. No hidden fees.In 2026, we're proud to mark our 10-year milestone with the launch of TheraPetic® App 3.0 — available on Apple App Store and Google Play — bringing our full documentation platform, HANK AI assistant, and client dashboard directly to your phone. We also launched a fully redesigned client experience at go.mypsd.org, making it easier than ever to access, manage, and renew your documentation. We're not a subscription service. We're not a tech startup. We're a mission-driven nonprofit that has spent a decade earning the trust of real people navigating real challenges with their animals. I had a few questions at the beginning, and all of them were answered right away. I had emailed a few other websites and never received a response. This process was quick and easy and they link you with a Clinician in your area. Thank you so much for your fast responses and all your help getting me this letter. I can now fly comfortably with my dog!
