Good prices but the lamp was bad upon arrival.. I guess you get what you pay for I had to talk to multiple people to explain my situation and resolve the issue. Ultimately, I was given a full refund, but it was a hassle to do so.

Ordered the replacement bulb on the 3/11/16 shipped on 3/22/16. Needed the bulb for Easter Service. Still don't have the bulb the day before Easter. Tracking shows to be delivered the day after Easter. The bulb showed in stock when ordered took too long to ship.

I ordered a projection bulb for my church projector. It was the right bulb. It arrived on time. We were able to use the projector 3 days after it was ordered. They provided excellent service.
