Needed to replace my projector lamp bulb and was preparing to order from manufacturer when I found this website, where rhe same bulb was less than 50% what the manufacturer wanted for it. Ordering was easy and I received it within a week with complete installation instructions. Highly recommend this site for projector replacement parts!!

This is an update from my original review below. After my bad experience returning the bad lamp, their customer service contacted me. They offered to pay the postage that I had paid, and they sent me a new lamp. They considered this transaction as a replacement and I did not have to pay any additional postage. Russel assured me that I had just gotten a bad lamp and that they sell many of these every week with no issues, so I accepted the return. The new lamp arrived just a couple of days later and I must say, the new one is much brighter and has been working just fine for as long as I've had it (just over a month)! Apparently, I missed the place on the web page about asking for a replacement. If I had found that first, most of my original complaints could have been avoided. Their customer service is first rate, and satisfaction is their goal. I don't think you can go wrong. Original review: I purchased what I thought was an original equipment lamp for my Epson projector. What I got was a "Made in China" look-alike that died in just 27 hours!!! While they are letting me return it, I have to pay shipping which is totally ridiculous being as how I'm sure that they get reduced shipping rates all the time. So, instead of paying over $117 for my lamp, I'm now out over $140 for a piece of junk that didn't last anyway. I call that POOR customer service. My recommendation: Stay away and buy the same lamp on Amazon for around $84. At least you get free returns!!

Our company sells original (OEM) bulbs in a third party housing; specializing in older models that are no longer manufactured by the original producer. We are very sorry your first lamp was defective. We have an industry leading 180-day warranty so that you can return the item for an exchange. As you wanted a refund, you are responsible for the return shipping. If you would like to do an exchange, we provide a complimentary return shipping label to all our customers. As we are a small business, we do not have the same flexibilities that Amazon can afford. We appreciate your feedback and hope you will give us a second chance to earn your business.
I received good advise when I called before ordering. The transaction was fast, easy, on time, and the lamp is the same bulb as the OEM for a lot less.

This customer purchased a lamp from our company and complained that it did not ignite. Upon receiving the lamp back in our office, we used our lamp tester and the lamp did ignite/turn on. As a customer service gesture, we still provided a full refund on the order.
Hervorragend. Danke! ☆☆☆☆☆

I had an excellent experience with My Projector Lamp. The bulb arrived quickly, was packaged very well, and everything came in perfect condition. The quality of the lamp is excellent, and it worked exactly as expected with no issues. I’m very happy with the purchase and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend My Projector Lamp to anyone needing a replacement projector bulb.

I needed a bulb to give my old (and soon to be replaced) bulb projector. I need it to last a little longer. This bulb touts an OEM bulb that is either identical to or equivalent to the original. That is important for brightness and color accuracy. This bulb is definitely brighter than the one it replaced! Typical break in hours are around 100, and I'm not yet there. So, a few more tweaks and it should run well as long as I need it. The price is great, about a third of the original Epson bulb price, and competitive or slightly cheaper than the competitors. I had a bad experience with one, and I would not recommend them... so, I won't mention them. Ordering was straight forward, and the product was at my door in 5 days.
