Super quick service. Our lamps arrived in perfect condition and when I called to speak on the phone, customer service personnel were very helpful and highly educated.

Great service. I was able to exchange and replace by defective lamp with no inconvenience. Thank you.

This was a replacement lamp for my JVC. The price was reasonable, the shipping was fast, and the lamp works great. Will purchase from them again next time.

The lamp arrived one day earlier, and so far it works perfectly, just dont know how long, the original lamp in the sony lasted about 10 years of approx. 2 hrs a day watching TV.

Fast delivery and appears to be working well. It's challenging to find a lamp that works as well as the original sony lamp, but this one is supposed to be identical. Lighting seems good.

Very fast delivery.

The bulbs were delivered earlier than expected and were package perfectly. They were a life saver and saved our huge event!
