They were able to authenticate (or in my case prove that it wasn’t authentic) a fragrance for me and I got a refund! Thank you so much

Carlie always provides an extremely thorough authentication and amazing customer service. I just had a Chanel Caviar Boy Bag authenticated, and Carlie went above and beyond to help me. Very fair pricing and excellent service- My Poupette is the only authentication service I rely on! Thank you!

I read reviews for several authenticators and chose “My Poupette” because they had good reviews. Although I wasn’t certain the David Yurman pendant could be reviewed with only close up pictures. She noticed many things in the pictures I did not notice so I am comfortable with her findings.

Let me just say this company is amazing. Saved me from taking a big hit financially. Ordered a silver mountain water that was fake and needed a service to authenticate it quickly. I was recommended them and it was the perfect choice. Please this business if ever in need of authenticating anything. Truly, I thank them. God Bless❤️

Top notch! Absolutely recommend their services! I have an Etsy shop & had a few handbags that needed authentication. Kim was wonderful - very responsive, professional & helpful. The experience with the 1st item went so well, I sent more handbags & a set of silverware to her. She could not authenticate one bag and shared exactly why. She has an eagle eye! Nothing gets by her. I agreed with her opinion. Thank goodness she helped me avoid any resale trouble! She was so detailed & thorough, demonstrating her experience, skill and trustworthiness. She has earned a repeat customer! Happy to have found My Poupette. They are legit, honest & not some fly-by-night random internet scam.
