They don't dispatch orders, they don't answer calls, they don't respond to messages, they don't bother. They take your money, they will not process your order and they don't refund. Over 4 months, not a heard a peep. I've lost money and I actually waited patiently to receive my order. But they didnot responding , worst people they are, irresponsible , worst service , always telling lie

People should be cautious when dealing with this company. My experience was highly unprofessional and frustrating. It did not feel like dealing with a structured company, but rather with individual sales representatives who would disappear midway through the process, leaving no clear point of contact or accountability. Communication was also poorly managed. Instead of maintaining professional communication through email, most conversations were handled through WhatsApp, which made tracking updates and ensuring accountability difficult. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and absence of reliable customer support made this a very disappointing experience.
