Very straightforward good price. Delivery smooth no problems. Will shop on a regular basis now

Saw some bad reviews, so was hesitant to purchase. I looked at items and upc for item. I received the items I thought I would…just took some research. Can’t beat prices though!!!

I expected to receive the product much sooner than I did.

The gentle treatment relaxer didn’t come with the neutralizing shampoo, the relaxer is useless without the shampoo. I have not received a reply as to how much it will cost to purchase the shampoo separately.

I received the wrong product

My product was melted together/ totally unusable

It arrived in a timely manner, product quality was high and price was very competitive.

very good, happy with it
