Do not shop here they will sell items that are discontinued and marked as in stock. I cancel my order a week about a week ago and they did not refund me.

At first, I was skeptical of this store. When it was delivered the return address was not OTCstore.com but a name of some guy and an address in east Elmhurst, NY. I got worried because I've ordered something that can jeopardize my health. But when I compared the bottles to those I've ordered from rite aid, the bottle seem the same and it's sealed. So I think it's genuine.

I ordered product with myotcstore received the wrong items and charged twice. I connected with Rathan H online and was not helpful. I called numerous times and was placed on hold which no one returned. When I finally got through the guy I spoke to mentioned that Rathan H was based out of India and wasn't able to help with my issue. The guy I spoke with sounded like he just woke up and wasn't interested in helping out with my concern. I would stay clear of this company which is a complete joke. Scam is written all over it.

Delivery incomplete There was a temporary problem delivering your message to info@robamshop (website). Gmail will retry for 46 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently. I ordered few prodocts on this website but after 15 days my orders is still in awaiting shipping and when i sent email to this website which was given by them on this website i received delievery failed message from gmail . I suggest that never buy any product from this website. This website is scam

I placed an order and it was marked as shipped. I never received the products. I called the number on their site and it said their mailbox was not working (first clue this is a scam site). I was called back by someone with an Indian accent. He did not say he was affiliated with OTC until I asked. He was very unprofessional and rude. He said that it was not his problem that I never received my products.

Tried to find a particular brand and type of antiperspirant (Gilette Ocean Blast). They confirmed that they had it and the order form even reflected an actual picture of the desired product. Received the order today (08/10/22) and it is (instead of what i ordered) "Gilette Clear + Dri-Tech". Apparently, if you want antiperspirant, they just send antiperspirant, counting on the fact that most people won't bother returning a (comparatively) small order. They got me this time, but they won't get me again. And no they won't coax me on their "contact us before you give a poor review" merry-go-round. If they can't read and understand the different types of antiperspirant, they don't get a second chance.

Used once, never again! I wish I had read reviews before. Weeks waiting for my items, which they charged me for right away! After i sent an email demanding my order be cancelled and refunded, they all of a sudden told me the package had shipped! and of course, it was missing an item.
