I have tried many different diets and workout regimes but was never too successful with them. I would lose up to 10 lbs, then give up and gain it all back. With My Keto Challenge, I finally realized how unhealthy I ate on a regular basis (my diet had way too many carbs...) My starting weight was 160 lbs I am currently at 148 lbs In just 5 weeks. I will continue to work toward my goals! I am full of motivation and was finally able to stick to all the workouts as well! Sincerely recommend My Keto Challenge to everyone struggling out there.
