I recently purchased an eagle eye ranger finder. It worked fine, but the magnetic strap (purchased separately) malfunctioned, causing the range finder to fall from my cart and get ran over. After contacting My Golfing Store, they replaced the rangefinder at no cost. I really appreciate a company that stands by their products! Thank you! I'll be a repeat customer!

Product came in a timely manner, and is the best range finder I’ve ever owned. Way better than my $400+ Bushnell.

I purchased a Eagle Eye rangefinder and noticed that it came with an expired battery dated July, 2021. I called customer service and they sent me two batteries for my troubles. It works fine and is fairly accurate. Thanks.

I bought this range finder recently and found that it reads 5 yards short of what comparable Bushnell and Nikon range finders. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me a replacement that seems to be working just fine.

Ordered a rangefinder on 6/21. Was told 5-7 business days to receive it. 10 days later I called to inquire. They give me a bogus tracking no. I checked with postmaster and it wasn't in the system. I called 3 more times over the next 10 days and was lied to. They would always say it has been shipped. " we'll check on it and send you an e-mail." The 4th time I called I talked to an individual with a conscience and was told it had not shipped because they didn't have it to ship. I told him to refund my money and he said he would. 3 days later I get an e- mail saying it shipped. When I received it I sent it straight back. Tracked it to make sure they got it. After 8 days of them having it I called to get my refund. I had to send my tracking no. So they could check to see if they had it. I finally got my refund today. 7/29. This company charged my credit card as soon as I ordered this product then they proceeded to jerk me around so they could use my money as they see fit. I hope this helps someone to keep from having to endure this companies bs.
