My Experience was awesome. I ordered and received an email right away, I also received updated shipping notifications and a thank you from the owner. The Eagle Eye works excellent and I would recommend this product and this company to anyone who asks. Great Experience

I love the range finder, super easy to use. The magnet is a great feature, just attach to golf cart and it’s right there when you need it

Responsive. I had to return the product and received a response the next day. Unfortunately, I had to pay for return shipping for a product that didn't work.

Was excited when I ordered my laser, worked perfectly until I used it while playing in the rain. Had it for 1 week, then after 1 round in the rain it is ruined and the company told me too bad. I was very angry after dealing with customer service and just want to warn everyone you have zero recourse if it breaks down

Hi Scott, sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, we do not accept water damaged exchanges, as we claim the product to be water resistant, not waterproof. While we understand accidents may happen, I wanted to offer a discount off the full price product if you’d like to place another order for a new one. I have found the Eagle Eye range finder to be a very pleasant surprise. Just as accurate as a Bushnell, but at a fraction of the cost. Particularly like the orange read out. Very easy on my tired old eyes. Would definitely recommend the Eagle Eye.
