I would have these people work on my computer again. They didn't mind my question about their authenticity. They were very nice to work with.

I just wanted to say thank you for all your help fixing whatever it was that I did to mess up my PC. The first young man I spoke to Zak was understanding and explained what My Fast PC could and would do to help and the cost up front. He explained everything so that I could understand what to expect. I am more than pleased with the service I have received. When the Tec call and he told what was wrong and that it was fixed and if I had any other problems just call the they would help me and they have. This is the best thing I have purchased in years. I have recommended My Fast PC to all my friends. They are all technicality challenged too! ( Birds of a Feather) Thanks!

I felt very confident that the staff that I talked with knew exactly how to fix my pc. They were very nice and very professional on the telephone and I liked that they took over my machine as I watched them do their work. It was a great experience. Thanks.
