Absolute scam
I booked online for a flight, they called and said the seat were not available, but they could do different seats at an upgraded price (30% extra). I declined and asked for my money back. They said there would be a "cancellation charge from the airline" even though the flights weren't booked! So my choice was to pay for the more expensive seats or pay money to cancel. Absolute SCAM and should be illegal. I will be fighting to get these fees refunded.

Dear Passenger, Our team has carefully reviewed your case. In situations like this, seats are usually available at the fare you booked, but in your case, they unfortunately sold out at the last moment. As a result, our sales team offered you the next available option. Regarding the cancellation, a fee of USD 25 per person was applied by the system. However, please be assured that the transaction has already been voided, and the refund amount will reflect back to your account shortly. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
