At mydrsnote.com, we specialize in providing fast, secure, and confidential access to legitimate doctor’s notes online, designed to help you get the documentation you need—whether it’s for a single day off or extended medical leave. Whether you're dealing with illness, a mental health concern, or a personal emergency, our service provides a streamlined, professional solution that saves you time and stress. Our service is powered by HealthSource Medical Associates, a respected group of board-certified physicians who review and approve all medical notes. This ensures that every note issued is legitimate, compliant with medical standards, and suitable for submission to employers, schools, and healthcare providers. We offer not just simple doctor’s notes, but also medical leave certifications, including FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) and short-term disability documentation, for those who need extended time away from work or school due to health conditions. The process is easy: complete a simple health intake form, and in most cases, receive your signed and HIPAA-compliant note within hours. This includes notes for absences <5 days in total. Other customized situations or documentation for FMLA purposes, short-term disability claims, or other situations requiring extended medical documentation would require a video visit with the physician. We understand the importance of privacy, accuracy, and convenience, which is why our platform is secure, accessible 24/7, and designed for a seamless experience. Our support team is available to assist you every step of the way, ensuring you get the documentation you need without unnecessary delays. At mydrsnote.com, we take the hassle out of medical documentation. Get the medical leave certifications you need quickly and discreetly—powered by trusted, board-certified physicians.

Great experience. I definitely recommend them for TeleHealth and medical documentation. I had never used this company before so I was initially nervous, but they are legitimate and I'll absolutely be back in the future The note I received was very professional - not some online copy and paste template. It was a genuine note that included my information, my employer, and the doctor's information. Even was signed! Very appreciative of this company. Can't recommend them enough and if needed, I will absolutely be back Word of advise for others. Pay attention to their hours of operation and be aware that they most likely will not be in contact with you outside of business hours. I work nights so I put in my request around 4 AM on a Sunday. They open at 6 AM PST so it was around 9:15 when the doctor contacted me.
